A. The main object of IQM is to promote and
provide a platform to facilitate the orderly
development of mining, quarrying and related
extractive and processing industry in Malaysia
into a more stable, professional, automated and
efficient industry.
B. The main object of NIOSH is to, inter-
alia, facilitate the development of the
occupational safety & health in the mining,
quarrying and extractive industry in Malaysia.
C. IQM and NIOSH are interested and desirous
of establishing mutually beneficial
collaborations in furtherance of their above
common objectives and interests in developing
occupational safety & health in the mining,
quarrying and extractive processing industries in
Malaysia (?the industry?) and thus hereby record
their mutual understandings as such. |
